Returns:

Thank you for shopping at Stroll On.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date for a refund. This excludes sale items and special order items. A product may be refunded,  exchanged for another product or returned for a store credit if they meet our return criteria.  All sale and special order items are final.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

* The product was purchased in the last 7 days

* The product is in its original packaging

* The product isn't used or damaged

* You have the receipt or proof of purchase


Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Return Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-
refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss
of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Stroll On.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for
assistance.

Sale items

Sale items can NOT be refunded.
Shipping
Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address, as we take no responsibility if you do not receive your item due to providing us with an incorrect address. Once your parcels have left Stroll On they are then property of Australia Post, Sendle or other Courier Service. Stroll On is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods.
