Shipping @ Stroll On

All orders, except Pre Orders, are expected to be dispatched within seven (7) business days from our warehouse. Pre Orders will be fulfilled as soon as available.

Smaller items will be shipped through Australia Post or Sendle and our larger items will come via Courier.

Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address, as we take no responsibility if you do not receive your item due to providing us with an incorrect address. Once your parcels have left Stroll On they are then property of Australia Post, Sendle or other Courier Service. Stroll On is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID & our Courier Partners struggling with staffing we are experience rather lengthy delays on deliveries, especially through Sendle. We are endeavouring to use Australia Post where possible. Unfortunately these delays are beyond our control and we are as equally frustrated as you are.
